FZKL ships orders using the delivery options available for your destination at checkout.

Shipping rates and promotions

Shipping rates, available services and any current free-shipping eligibility are shown at checkout or in active storefront promotions. Eligibility can depend on order value, destination and the promotion in effect at the time of purchase.

Processing and delivery

Order processing begins after your order is accepted and payment is successfully processed. Any delivery or transit time shown on the storefront, at checkout or in an order confirmation is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing and other events outside FZKL's reasonable control can affect delivery timing.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided using the contact information associated with your order.

Shipping addresses

Please review your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at info@fzklfit.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

International orders

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes or similar charges assessed by the destination country.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if the shipment is damaged or incorrect. Return and refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
