Our PR is pretty rad if you like coconut! This medium roast premium single origin from Brazil is smooth with a coconut flavor.

A midrange caffeine level makes this another metcon favorite for most workouts or just an ‘all around’ everyday or ‘on occassion’ great tasting coffee. The PR is made from SCAA scoring specialty coffee. If you like coconut you’re going to love the PR!

Harvesting and Processing
When it comes to pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides, coffee is one of the top sprayed agricultural crops globally. Because it’s such a delicate and time-consuming practice, most coffee farmers rely on these chemicals to make sure their farms yield bountiful coffee plants. Many have accepted this as the norm, but we’re here to inspire customers to choose better coffee, and inspire the industry to do better as a whole.
We work hard to develop long-term partnerships with farmers at origin—so we can participate in the efforts it takes to field organic plants. It’s extra work, less consistent, and often yields far less product. It’s a commitment far more complicated than many other industries, but it’s one we stand behind.

Full Traceability
While you might have heard of fairly traded coffee, we use specialized model called direct trade. This is a process in which roasters work directly with farmers to meet higher standards for coffee quality in exchange for a premium price. That way, the farmers get livable wages, and Lift Coffee gets to give you the best coffee out there.

All of our coffee comes from stallholder farms, or half acre lots, meaning we focus on sourcing from family-owned farms that invest their livelihoods in sustainable practices that produce our incredible coffee.

  • Drip Coffee Maker: Use 1-2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 oz of water
  • French Press: Use coarse grind, 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio, steep 4 minutes
  • Pour Over: Use medium grind, 1:16 ratio, pour in circular motion for even extraction
  • Cold Brew: Use coarse grind, 1:8 ratio, steep 12-24 hours in refrigerator

Pro Tips:

  • Use filtered water for best flavor
  • Grind beans fresh just before brewing for maximum flavor and aroma
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place
  • Brew water temperature should be 195-205°F for optimal extraction
  • Pre-workout: Drink 30-45 minutes before exercise for best energy boost
